On becoming the lazy bastard I was meant to be

“You’re not even going to read a magazine?”
“Nope.”
“You’re not even going to check emails?”
“Will you help me roll the cookie dough into balls?”
“Nope.”

The Daniel Fast
In recent years, a short term diet known as The Daniel Fast has made several appearances in the medical literature.
